Everyday guidance to keep your pieces looking their best. Always follow the care label sewn into the garment when it differs from these tips.
everyday wash
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors
- Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach unless the label allows it
- Turn knits and printed pieces inside out before washing
- Tumble dry low, or air dry flat for knits and delicate fabrics
specialty fabrics
- Denim: wash less often; cold water inside out to preserve color
- Sweaters & knits: reshape while damp; store folded, not hung
- Structured or lined pieces: prefer dry clean or spot clean when the label recommends it
